The Company

Dougher & Fridline has been providing employee benefit consulting since 1990. While the majority of our clients are in New Mexico, many of our clients have a national presence.

Dougher & Fridline employs the following systems/programs:

• Form 5500 software, COBRA/HIPAA software, Data Backup and Recovery System.
• Serve on four agent/broker health insurance company advisory boards.
• Attend local and national employee benefits conferences.
• Members of the National Association of Health Underwriters and the Rio Grande Association of Health Underwriters.

The Consultants

Marta Goodrich Dougher is a licensed insurance agent/broker since 1990 and has a Bachelor's Degree in Health Education from the University of Illinois. Marta has been in marketing since 1986.

Eileen M. Fridline is a licensed insurance agent/broker since 1996 and has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems from the University of New Mexico. Eileen has been in Human Resource administration since 1980.
