Marta Crossey Goodrich  (formerly Marta Dougher)

While working with a large hospital health plan 25 years ago, Marta saw the gap in brokerage services for smaller groups and for individuals. She believed then, and still does, that individuals and smaller groups should have the same access to and level of consultation that large groups do.

This belief serves as the foundation for Marta's career and Dougher & Fridline's mission. After earning a degree in Health Education from the University of Illinois, Marta became a licensed insurance broker and employee benefits consultant in 1990, and she ultimately co-founded Dougher & Fridline with Eileen Fridline.

Marta's passion for health and wellness guides both her personal and professional life.

Cindy Mohler

Cindy had the opportunity to learn firsthand the value of a benefits broker who truly cares about their clients, and who works hard to find solutions that meet their benefits needs and goals.

Cindy joined Dougher & Fridline in June of 2009, coming from the employer side, where she was the Vice President of Administration for a local engineering firm and responsible for the firm's insurance benefits. As the firm's benefits broker, Marta and Cindy worked together for more than 17 years ensuring the best possible balance between coverage for the employees and cost to the employer.

Cindy made the decision to join Marta out of her desire to provide such value to other employer groups. She truly brings the employer perspective and shares Marta's philosophy of providing excellent customer service.
