As your insurance broker, whether you are one person or a group, here's what you can expect us to deliver:

First, we want to know who you are. We will listen to you to understand what's important to you. We ask you what factors are of foremost importance in your mind before we begin arranging appropriate options for you. You will have a clear sense of how we will function as your part-time employee benefits specialists and what you can expect us to deliver.

Next, we analyze premiums, benefits, providers, and cost information before customizing a presentation specifically for you and/or your organization to review.

Then we'll put your options in front of you and spend as much time as necessary for you to ask questions and fully understand all options. Over time, it's inevitable that our client relationships strengthen, and we value each group and individual, because we become a part of every group we work with. As we become more familiar with you and your situation(s), we are able to offer you the best solutions available.

Additionally, we prepare for you summaries of all employee benefits for new and prospective employees, and we are available to conduct enrollment meetings and new-hire orientations.

We aren't compensated directly by the employer, but we work as if we are. We view ourselves as consultants working with the employer, not salespeople selling products/insurance.
